Health Requirements

Physical examination which has been done within one year of the date of enrollment.

Complete immunization record

    3 doses of DPT with the last being a booster
    3 doses of oral Polio with the last being a booster
    2 doses of Red Measles with the first having been received after the first birthday
        and the second dose given at least one month after the first.
    1 dose of Rubella vaccine received after the first birthday.
    1 dose of mumps vaccine received after the first birthday.
