Certificate Renewal

Dear Teacher/Administrator/LPDC Chair,

Public Act 93-0679 changed the certificate renewal requirements for
teachers and administrators. Please see the attached links for information
on the important changes that became effective June 30, 2004. You may copy
and distribute these documents to any interested parties.

Changes are currently being made to online CeRTS system to accommodate the
new requirements. Once these changes are complete you will be able to view
the new options and screens after you login. The new changes will be
implemented in phases as the development is completed. Some of the
existing screens and links that are no longer applicable will be removed.
