Citation
FORMAT
1. Never number entries.
2. Alphabetize the list by the author's last names. If the
author's name is not given, alphabetize by the title.
3. Start at the left margin. After the first line, evenly
indent the rest of the citation; see directions for hanging indent below.
4. When you start a new entry, go back to the left margin for
the first line.
5. Double space.
TO CREATE THE HANGING INDENT Go to Format, then Paragraph, then
change indentation (under Special) to Hanging

Begin with the name of the person being interviewed. If the interview is part of a publication, recording or program, enclose the title of the interview, if any, in quotation marks; if the interview was published independently, underline the title. If the
interview is untitled, use the descriptive label Interview, neither underlined nor enclosed in quotation marks. The interviewers name may be added if know and pertinent to your paper. Conclude with the appropriate bibliographic information.
