The stage is not merely the meeting place of all the arts, but is also the return of art to life. -- Oscar Wilde

ALL COSTUMES ARE DUE BY FEBRUARY 12th!
Why do I have to bring in the money, what is it for, and how much is it?
The amount we ask is $50. Each actor will have costumes which will require cleaning and handling, as well as shipping. Each costume costs between $75 and $125 for the run of the show. The $50 we require also goes for stage makeup. We ask that each student has his or her own stage makeup because it is more sanitary, and it allows him or her to use the kit for multiple shows. Please turn in your money by February 1. If this is a financial difficulty, please see Mrs. Ordonez.

What should I wear to rehearsal?
It is highly encouraged that the students where appropriate rehearsal clothing. This means that they must have flexible clothes to dance in. The closer the clothes are to the actual costumes, the more natural it will be to transition the week of the show to costume. The sooner the students can be in their shoes the better they will be able to dance and walk in them.
How should I take care of my skin?
Please drink lots of water and very little soda - not only will it help your skin, but also your singing and movement!
The best product that we have found to remove the makeup is Sensitive Skin Baby Wipes. Please remove gently and see Mrs. Ordonez if you have any questions.
