Science Bowl

The science bowl team competes as part of the U.S. Department of Energy's National Science Bowl Program.  A team of four players, with each player specializing in either Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, or Geology, competes in the Regional Science Bowl Competition in late January to take a shot at winning a 5-day, all-expense-paid trip to Washington D.C. for competition in the National Science Bowl Championship in late April.  Interested students should contact the team sponsor in May for competition during the following school year.  Freshmen and transfer students should contact the team sponsor as soon as the school year begins.
