Parent Information

Diplomas and Jostens

To the parent(s)/guardian(s) of the HEHS graduating class of 2013:

Your son/daughter received two very important documents during the week of December 10th, 2012.  One of those documents concerns how their name will appear and be spelled on their Hoffman Estates High School Diploma.  The second document is from Jostens, the company who provides us with our graduation paraphernalia.  For more information, please click here

 

 Student Information

Cap and Gown Measurement

Graduating students will be measured for caps and gowns in room 132 on Wednesday, December 19th from 8:00 a.m. until 1:45 p.m.  Graduating students will be able to order graduation announcements from the Jostens representative at this time.  Please report to room 132 at the appropriate time listed here, according to the first letter of your last name.  Students who are graduating in January and who plan to march in May must be measured.

Cap and Gown Distribution

Cap and Gown Distribution will take place on Friday, May 3rd in the College and Career Resource Center. 
Please make sure that:

- You have either electronically submitted or turned in your signed copy of the behavior contract -

- You have paid applicable Cap and Gown fees -

- If you have taken Drivers Education privately, you have turned in your certificate of completion -

- You have passed the Constitution test -
