HIGH SCHOOL
PROUDLY RECOGNIZES THE STAFF OF THE ATHLETIC TRAINING ROOM
HEHS as a long history of providing athletic training services for student athletes.
Certified athletic trainers, have fulfilled the requirements for certification established by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification and are licensed to practice as defined by state law in Illinois.
As certified athletic trainers, duties and responsibilities include prevention, treatment, and management of athletic injuries; rehabilitation of athletic injuries; health care administration; and professional development.
Hoffman Estates High School is proud to announce that we have taken administrative action to help insure safety and quality health care services for our athletes by providing the services of highly trained and skilled professionals.

Enrique Bacon, ATC,
enters his third year at Hoffman Estates High School as
our new Head Athletic Trainer. He is employed as
an Athletic Trainer by Barrington Orthopedics Physical
Therapy Department. He started in 2003 having
graduated from
Northern Illinois
University
with a BS in Kinesiology (2003) with an emphasis
in Athletic Training. Enrique provides patient
care in the mornings and outreach services to HEHS in
the afternoons and evenings . Enrique and his wife
Brooke are currently expecting there first child
together due in February.

Dan Golden, ATC, enters his first year as a certified athletic trainer and as an ATC with Hoffman Estates High School. Dan graduated from Western Illinois University with a BS in Kinesiology (Spring 2007). Dan i currently employed by AthletiCo Physical Therapy. Dan provides patient care in the mornings and outreach services to HEHS in the afternoons and evenings. |
