Building & Grounds Manager - Doug Schippel

Responsibilities:

• Manage, plan and coordinate activities associated with the physical, environmental and security conditions of the building facilities
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of building facilities and equipment
• Establish and maintain energy management guidelines
• Coordinate fire prevention and security of the facility
• Determine priorities for the enhancement, repair and modifications of building facilities and equipment
• Manage and supervise grounds keeping, maintenance and housekeeping staffs
