Students in this course develop writing skills by doing intensive writing exercises, concentrating on organization, unity, and accuracy in expressing ideas. After instruction on how to conduct research and report the findings, students will write a research paper. This course should be given special consideration by every student who plans to go to college. (Prerequisite: E302, E336 with A, B, or C; E308, or department recommendation.)
