This course will help college-bound students develop an awareness of the history and development of English literature. Discussion will focus on themes, style, structure, and language of works of major Britainís major writers. Writing emphasizes critical thinking and analysis of literature. (Prerequisite: E302, 308, 336, or department recommendation)
