2. Architecture with Datacad
 

• Review of basic architectural terms
• Floor plan design
• Elevations
• 3-D rendering
• Wall sections
• Framing layout
• Foundation design

Second Semester Units

During this semester, students choose their own focus for a final major project.  They can choose either ENGINEERING or ARCHITECTURE.  Which ever area is chosen, students will create a series of support drawings/designs and a major presentation drawing.  The instructor facilitates the initial direction of the design, while the student works as independently as possible.
